Abstract
In 2020, March Nations across the globe woke up to witness and bear the decadal if not centuries to remember medical emergency COVID-19 the pandemic. Its sudden outbreak took Nations for a unforeseen crisis, critical to the extent of system collapse. It did not challenge our medical emergency preparedness but it challenged our very outlook of existence and our planning, preparedness and implementation of entities, industry, cities and communities specific policies and intervention. Its 2022 and Nations across varied geographies have now taken a leap forward in managing the medical emergency and wading to green pastures for economic recovery along with sustained growth for sectors, entities, industries, cities and communities. Amidst this recovery, the current energy crisis is crippling the global markets and a economic and energy recession is unfolding, challenging the very way we cap our energy systems and services including utilities.
