Abstract

These slides accompany the 200-word abstract in the article "Outbound Insights", which was accepted for presentation at the 2022 Global Health Security Conference. The slides summarise the 2019 and 2022 status of global health security, and profile the situation in terms of the information challenges faced by real-time decision-makers. The proposed solution is the implementation blueprint of the Open Knowledge Reference Model (OKRM). The blueprint storyboard describes a Worldwide Mosaic Web of Informed and Communicating People. Solution components include the PatternBank, Knowledge-as-a-Service, and global peer-to-peer review and audit of the OKRM assets. The presentation concludes with a named call to action to save a planet in danger of Ecosystem Arrest: Code Midnight Blue.
