Abstract

The regional policy can be successful when all actors support the development in the common area. Social responsibility plays a crucial role in achieving social well-being and stability in the region. As a result of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the proportion of mobile work is increasing in comparison to the traditional work done within the walls of the workplace. Employers have recognised that they can save significant operating costs and recruit more successfully in the labour market and started to appreciate the flexibility of teleworking, making the family and workplace more coordinated. Looking for solutions towards recovery after the pandemic, energy crisis, Ukrainian war, natural disasters and the shortage of skilled workers must guarantee a sustainable future for coming generations on a solidarity basis in all regions.
