Abstract
The main aim of this paper is to show how the protection of human rights contemplated in the Charter of the United Nations (1945) has also been applied in Muslim Arab countries, through the issue of regionalization of rights, which resulted in the adoption of new documents related to the protection of human rights. Likewise, a comparison will be carried out on the protection of women's rights in some Muslim countries in which it has been shown that we cannot speak of a single Islam, given that Islam is a religion present not only in countries with a Muslim majority but also in Europe, being affected both by history and tradition and culture present in all countries. In this way, we observe how, through the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, seeks to provide different interpretations of it.
