Abstract
In today’s world, the rapid growth of the phenomenon of globalization which has brought about cultural confrontation an increase in cultural tension and, cultural diversity has more than doubled the importance of paying attention to new approaches to the city management. In this way, city managers' heeding the utilization of smart governance and cultural intelligence viewed as two important and effective components in smart governance of urban culture has an important role in the efficient management of cities especially the ones having high diversity. Accordingly, this current study has been designed to provide a model for smart governance of urban culture together in order to achieve a sustainable smart city, with the emphasis on the two categories of smart urban governance and cultural intelligence.
The study is a developmental and applied research. The Delphi method, interpretive structural method, and finally data analysis through the Micmac method were used to identify the correlation between the variables and to analyse the gained data, and through doing it, effective indicators, impressive indicators and two -dimensional indicators were extracted, and in the end, the final output of the research led to designing a conceptual model of smart governance of urban culture.
