Transitional Cambodian English (TCE): An Emerging Standard Variation?

Abstract

A nearly year-long study looking at how Cambodian university students speak English shows linguistic patterns that suggest an emerging standard variation called "Transitional Cambodian English" (TCE), which may help inform language education and policy in the country.
