Abstract

With this theoretical contribution we demonstrate how economic science since its birth has been affected by the error of not considering the contribution of fixed capital within aggregate production or considering it in aggregate production in an unusable way. From this error transversal to the different economic schools we take inspiration to elaborate our macroeconomic model (S.M. De Marco, 1991-2025). The thesis in question of partial or indeterminate aggregate production was also the subject of the presentation in italian language of the book, La fondazione settoriale della macroeconomia (S.M. De Marco, Cleup, Padua 2023).
