Abstract

This opinion article explores growing significance of purpose-driven work in employee retention methods is examined. It makes an argument that the company's goal and meaningful work have a bigger impact on employee loyalty in today's workforce than conventional benefits or cash incentives. The article discusses how employee expectations have changed and provides advice on how businesses may cultivate a purpose-driven culture to increase employee retention over the long run.
