Abstract

Current literature in mental health often refers to the related terms "neurodevelopmental disorder" (NDD) and "spectrum disorder" (SD). These terms did not exist a few years ago. These terms are intended to better convey the interpretation, understanding and illustration of the resulting nosological phenomena. Nosographies must indeed evolve in line with our understanding, but with an appropriate phenomenology or ontology. The association of the terms NDD et SD disorder questions and seems to reactivate a negativity in our ontology of disorder.
