Abstract
This paper investigates the applicability of Newton's laws of motion and, based on the equal status of charge and mass, derives the possibility of the existence of generalized Newton's laws of motion. The study argues that the quantum field of fundamental forces are source field, while the quantum field of concomitant forces are solenoidal field. By examining the symmetry relationship between inertial forces and gravitational forces, it is demonstrated that this symmetry is broken, providing an explanation for the hierarchy problem. A dynamic universe model is proposed, which offers an interpretation of dark energy.
