Abstract

Against the backdrop of global carbon neutrality initiatives and the in-depth advancement of China’s “dual-carbon” strategy, energy transition has become a core approach to promoting socio-economic green and low-carbon transformation, safeguarding national energy security, and developing new quality productive forces. As the core carrier and key field of energy transition, the low-carbon, intelligent and systematic upgrading of the power industry fundamentally determines the overall effectiveness of national energy transformation.
