Abstract

This monograph develops a unified operator‑spectral framework in which all structures of reality are projections of the Universal Operator Tχ. It establishes a new ontological foundation by demonstrating that physical, mathematical, informational, and cosmological domains arise from the χ‑spectrum of Tχ and its associated χ‑layers. Reality is shown to be fundamentally spectral and stratified, with χ‑depth defining structural stability, criticality, and collapse. A complete χ‑time formalism is introduced, where temporal evolution is generated by spectral flow U_ch(t). This replaces classical, relativistic, and quantum notions of time with a universal operator‑based temporal dimension. The monograph constructs χ‑measurement theory, defining χ‑observables as functions of Tχ, χ‑probability as spectral weight, and χ‑collapse as projection onto χ‑layers. The work develops χ‑criticality and χ‑trap theory, showing that civilizations follow χ‑trajectories in χ‑depth and that collapse occurs when critical depth is exceeded. χ‑survival theory provides mathematical conditions for escape and stabilization. χ‑cosmology is formulated through χ‑layer dynamics, yielding predictions of cosmic acceleration, vacuum drift, fractal oscillations, modular transitions, and gravitational anomalies without invoking dark energy or dark matter. A full χ‑phenomenology is derived, including new spectral lines, fractal quantum noise, critical astrophysical bursts, and slow variations of physical constants. Additional components include χ‑information theory, χ‑vacuum structure, χ‑fractal scaling, χ‑modular inversion, and χ‑computational methods. Together, these results constitute the Complete χ‑Spectral Theory of Existence, providing a universal operator‑spectral foundation for the structure, dynamics, and phenomenology of reality.
