At its core is the Constitutional Reclamation & Resequencing Protocol (CRRP)—formalized as Article [X]. This theory posits that the "Matter" of the state belongs to the Sovereign People, while the "Form" is preserved by the Judiciary. When the "Grip" of partisan minority factions creates a high-impedance state, the Sovereign requires a Non-Adhesive Valve to re-orient state capacity.
